WHAT
WE DO
We provide a clinical assessment of those in need of support, and work with professionals to develop a plan to support full recovery and achieve personal goals.
SUPPORT & PROGRAMS.
We provide a wide range of support services to those in need. Unlike many charities, we aim to provide support as quickly as possible, often within 24 hours of receiving a request. Our nationwide network of mentors means we can get to people in need quickly, effectively assess their situation, and begin a program of support catered to the individual.
Who We
Help
We support veterans and families struggling with everyday life. Often the traumas experienced during service can appear many years after the event, and the transition to civilian life can prove difficult. We provide a hand up, not a hand out, and will leave no man, woman or child behind.
Individual
Assessment
We provide immediate support through a private clinical psychological assessment to understand the root cause of the individuals' situation and the associated impact. From that we help develop a plan of suitable professional interventions.
The
Challenges
After leaving the service, veterans and their families can face challenges such as substance abuse, domestic abuse, homelessness, criminality, financial issues, unemployment and psychological illness. We aim to break the the cycle of misery and struggle, leading to full recovery.
Support
Programs
Once an assessment has been completed, our trustees agree on and implement a course of action. Support can come in a variety of forms, from financial aid and advice, to mental health care, employment advice and support, legal aid, and much more.
Rapid
Response
Our nationwide network of mentors means we can provide timely support to those in need. A senior mentor for the region identify the correct person to react quickly and provide an assessment. Unlike many charities that take up to six weeks to allocate support, we act as first responders to bride that gap.,
End
Goals
We aim to support those in need on their road to recovery and beyond. We want all our beneficiaries to make a full recovery, and we support them and their families in achieving their life goals.
